Life is a series of push-and-pull doors,
And it's hard to know just which is which.
Making your way through its levels and floors,
Opening each without halting or hitch.

When young, half the time you'll likely be right,
But as you age, this should steady increase.
Experience and associated improvement in light,
As approaching, the type better one sees.

But never this ability some seem to achieve,
And life's course is to navigate, a trial.
A series of pushes which should be a heave,
Make life that much harder each mile.

So look out for such people and try to assist,
Help them out if and when knowing you can.
That having direction signs haplessly missed,
Can regardless, life navigate and plan.
